Kendra Bertin, Clinique Physiom
Physiotherapist, M.Sc. PT, B.Sc. Kin. CYT-200hr
Hi, I’m Kendra Bertin, a physiotherapist and certified yoga instructor. I’m the owner of Clinique Physiom and a registered member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec.
My practice as a physiotherapist is driven by my eagerness to rehabilitate, restore, and enhance a client’s body function and performance. I use a combination of hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercise to help my clients move more efficiently and comfortably.
I have experience working with clients of all ages including those with musculoskeletal disorders and neurological populations. I treat conditions such as acute and chronic low back and neck pain, various sports and repetitive strain injuries, and much more.
Having suffered from chronic back pain myself as a result of competitive cheerleading in my younger years, I found great relief in practicing yoga when I discovered it in 2015. Yoga has significantly changed my life for the better and it led me to the realization that I could share this gift with my clients. I believe that physiotherapy and yoga are a powerful combination. Movement really is the best medicine.
When not working at my clinic, I enjoy a healthy lifestyle with my husband and two daughters in Hudson, where we love to support local businesses and appreciate outdoor activities like sailing, hiking, and biking.
